SizzleReel provides AI-powered video and image ad creation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You retain all rights to the content you create using SizzleReel. However, by using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SizzleReel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SizzleReel's website.

9. Modifications

SizzleReel may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
